2015 Screening Test into Lagos State Model Colleges/Upgraded Junior Secondary Schools

This is to inform the general public that forms for screening test for admission of primary six pupils into (JSS1) in Lagos State Model Colleges /Upgraded Junior Secondary Schools for year 2015/2016 Academic Session are now on sale till Friday, 3rd April 2015.
It should be noted that registration of candidates will be done through customized CD which will be issued by Lagos State Examinations Board (L. S. E. B.) on payment of N10, 000. 00 (Ten thousand naira) per candidate, payable into any branch of the following approved banks:

• Fidelity Bank Plc Acct No: 5030000739, Agency Code: 4280011, Rev Code: 40200045

• Skye Bank Plc Acct No: 1770602459, Agency Code: 4280011, Rev Code: 40200045

• F. C. M. B. Acct No:  0135582205, Agency Code: 4280011, Rev Code: 40200045  

After payment at the bank, the issued teller should be taken to the Lagos State Examinations Board situated at Ipaja Road, Agege beside N.Y.S.C Camp where you will collect the registration form and other materials.
Let me quickly add that this year's screening test will be in two versions:
Computer Based Test (C.B.T.)- This is a pilot scheme opened to only 20- 30 interested candidates.
Pencil Based Test(P.B.T.)- The usual pencil and computer answer sheets.

The examination is slated for Saturday, 9th May 2015 at the various designated centres across the State
