Places of Learning in Lagos


Are you planning educational trips or excursions for your students, children? I assure you that Lagos is a place to be, It does not really matter the part of the world you are coming from. In terms of peace, hospitality, serene environment and rich culture, Lagos is second to no other city. You will never regret a bit of your stay here! Lagosians are accommodating, friendly, sociable and fun-loving.
There are many places of special interest that you, your pupils or children will learn from, it will definitely add to their repertoire of knowledge. Such places include but not limited to the underlisted as we will in the course of time update this page to give you a long list to choose from:


  1. National Museum: The National museum is located in Onikan on Lagos Island. It is a centre where knowledge about cultures, historical developments of societies, artefact and historical objects dating back to hundreds of years can be acquired. Sincerely, the National museum will enrich your knowledge about historical development in Nigeria, its people and their way of live. It is a place to visit again and again.
  2.   The National Arts Theatre in Iganmun, Lagos is another historical place to visit, it is the primary centre for the performing arts in the country. It came to live in 1976 apparently in preparation for the Festac 1977. It has a main hall that can occupy about 5,000 spectators, a conference hall with 1,500 seats, two Cinema halls, an Art Village gallery and the Head of States Reception Hall.
