2016/2017 ADMISSION FORMS INTO LAGOS STATE MODEL COLLEGES OUT

This is to inform the general public that forms for screening test for admission of Primary Six Pupils into (JSS1) in Lagos State Model Colleges /Upgraded Junior Secondary Schools for year 2016/2017 Academic Session are now on sale till Friday, 8th April 2016.

It should be noted that registration of candidates will be done through customized CD which will be issued by Lagos State Examinations Board (L. S. E. B.)located at 254, Ipaja Road, beside NYSC Orientation Camp, Agege on payment of N10, 000. 00 (Ten thousand naira) per candidate, payable into any branch of the following approved banks:

Let me quickly add that the screening test will be in two versions, candidates have the option of choosing between the following:

Computer Based Test (C.B.T.) - This will hold at the I.C.T. Centre of the State Examinations Board, Agege.

Pencil Based Test (P.B.T.) - The usual pencil and computer answer sheets.

The examination is slated for Saturday, 14th May 2016 at 10.00am at the various designated centres.

Sharp-sharp Procedure

• N10, 000.00 paid into any of the above accounts

• Take the receipt to the Lagos State Examinations Board and collect a CD

• Complete the registration on the CD and return the CD to the Examination Board
