The need to make students of
Tertiary Institutions computer compliant for future
challenges when paper examinations might have been phased out is one of the reasons why
the Management of Yaba College of Technology is to introduce Computer-Based Test (CBT) in its
2013/2014 Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) holding in
September.
The Head, Public Relations Unit of the Institution, Mr
Adekunle Adams told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos on Thursday that
the decision was in line with technological advancement but he informed that the new examination
mode would be used alongside the Paper and Pencil Test (PPT).
