The Nigerian Education Bank Bill which was introduced by Honourable Femi Gbajabiamila has passed second reading at the Federal House of Representatives. The Bill aims to establish the Nigerian Education Bank that will give interest- free loans to poor students seeking higher education in Nigeria.
