sell to Professor Is-haq Oloyede (former Vice Chancellor, University of
Ilorin), Jamilu Rabiu Sani and Akinkuotu
Albert Oluwatoyin fake doctorate degree
of Commonwealth University, Belize (illegally operated, according to ICPC) for
$17,300.
The ICPCcharged him to court court for operating illegal University and fraudulently collecting money
amounting to $17,300 from three different
people to obtain admission into his ‘university.’
