For teachers, students and members of the public who are in need of a full range of services in printing, equipment management and maintenance, audio-visual productions, hall rentage and whole lots of other services, the Lagos State Education Resource Centre by Babs Fafunwa Secondary School Compound, Grammar School Bus Stop, Ojodu Berger, Lagos is right there to satisfy you.


The centre was established in 1967 and upgraded into a full-fledge resource Centre in 2008. It is equipped with state of the art facilities and equipments to deliver the services mentioned above.

For public and private schools who are in need of educational materials such as posters, charts, letterheads, school registers, calendars, diaries, banners, magazines, various formats of forms, question papers, answer/ OMR sheets and all types of locally made Instructional Materials. It is advisable you patronize the centre for quality and quick service delivery.

Also, the centre undertakes repair and maintenance of electronic equipments, writing of specifications for equipments purchase, rentage of multimedia projectors, overhead projectors, Screens, public address system (PAS) which are often used by schools and members of the public including trainers, inspirational speakers etc. The LASERC is equipped with a mini audio and audio- visual recording studios that can serve artist for recording activities.


The centre has a library, an ICT laboratory that enables users to access the internet and download educational materials, register for various examinations and check results. In addition, the centre offers computer training courses at fair rates.

The teacher resource room affords both teachers and students the opportunity of producing instructional materials used in schools.

Within the centre is a high capacity, air-conditioned hall for meetings, lectures, conferences and other ceremonies. The hall is opened to Members of the public at affordable rates.
 Worthy of note is the fact that the centre is recognized on its merit by the Nigerian Education Development Council (NERDC) and the Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC) as training Institution.
